This project consisted of building a single storey extension incorporating a large set of bi-folding doors, overlooking the garden.
The original back wall of the property was removed to create a large kitchen dining area.
RENOVATION OF A FORMER BUTCHER/BAKERS

The first phase of these works were to renovate the original shop front in to a kitchen dinning area, with phase 2 creating a utility & bathroom.
TWO STORY EXTENSION & COTTAGE RENOVATION

A Two storey extension built in accordance to building regulations, This extension almost doubled the size of the existing property. The original cottage also had extensive refurbishment works completed.

SINGLE STOREY KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT

A 1960's flat roof single storey extension has been refurbished, removing the existing roof and replacing with a "Warm Roof" system. The internal works consisted of demolition removing walls to create a large kitchen & wetroom.
We also renewed the patio,retaining walls and railings to the courtyard.
